1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

bet9 is strictly an 18+ platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain so for as long as you hold a bet9 account. This age requirement is a hard minimum — there are no exceptions under any circumstance.

bet9 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age at any point during your account lifetime. If you are unable to provide satisfactory age verification documents when requested, bet9 reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold winnings, and return deposits less any bonuses already utilised.

You also confirm that:

• You are not accessing bet9 from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• You are not a professional athlete, sports official, referee, team owner, or person in a position to influence the outcome of any sporting event offered on the bet9 platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one bet9 account. Opening a second account — whether under the same or a different name, phone number, email address, device, or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any bonus balances, and potentially the withholding of winnings pending investigation.

When registering on bet9 you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. bet9 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the user, including inability to process withdrawals or verify identity.

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your bet9 account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. bet9 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from the account security settings, though this is not mandatory.

Any attempt to withdraw to a payment method in a different name may result in withdrawal delays while identity is verified.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bet9 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bet9 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. bet9 does not currently accept payment methods not listed in the active payment section of your account.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum single deposit on bet9 is Rs 500. Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your bet9 account immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers via IBFT may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times — typically within a few hours during business hours. bet9 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may have their own charges which are outside bet9's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case bet9 support will work with you on an alternative. To protect against fraud and money laundering, bet9 requires that deposits reach a minimum turnover before withdrawal is permitted — your total wagered amount must equal at least the value of the deposit amount at a 1:1 ratio (i.e., you must have placed bets equal in value to your deposit) before a cash withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawal processing times vary by tier: standard accounts receive withdrawals within one business day; VIP Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive priority processing with same-day or faster settlement as a standard expectation rather than a best-effort target.

5. Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on bet9 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the bet9 sports betting help section. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

bet9 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system — not at the odds displayed on your screen during a loading or network delay. bet9 uses automated systems to detect obvious pricing errors; any bet placed at an odds value that is materially incorrect due to a technical error will be voided and the stake returned.

5.2 Void Bets & Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed for more than 36 hours from the originally scheduled start time, or otherwise does not reach a result sufficient for settlement under the applicable market rules, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your bet9 balance. For matches reduced in overs (cricket) or time (other sports) but still producing an official result, settlement will be based on the official result.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play markets on bet9 are subject to suspension and reopening throughout an event as circumstances change. Bets submitted during a market suspension are queued and will either be accepted or declined when the market reopens — the system will notify you which outcome applied to your bet. bet9 does not accept liability for delays in market suspension caused by factors outside its control, including data feed latency.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings on bet9 sports markets are capped at Rs 10,000,000 (Rs 1 crore) unless otherwise stated for a specific market or event. Maximum accumulator winnings follow the same ceiling. bet9 reserves the right to apply lower limits to specific markets or players based on betting patterns.

6. Casino, Aviator & Fishing Game Rules

All casino games, the Aviator crash game, and fishing games available on bet9 use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing and gameplay. Published RTP (return-to-player) figures for all games are audited by independent testing agencies and reflect long-run statistical expectations, not guaranteed individual session returns.

Game malfunctions — including disconnections, server errors, or software faults — void all affected game rounds and return stakes to the affected players. bet9 is not liable for winnings that would have been achieved but for a technical malfunction outside the platform's control. In cases where a game round completes successfully and a result is recorded by the server, that result stands regardless of any display issue on the player's end caused by local connectivity problems.

Aviator game: the Aviator crash game operates on a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier result for each round is determined before the round begins and is verifiable by players using the seed hashing system available in the game's fairness verification panel. Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the Aviator game is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

bet9 offers various promotions to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, VIP Club rewards, and tournament prizes. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. These general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your bet9 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement on bet9 is 8× the bonus amount (i.e., if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 8,000 before the bonus converts). Specific promotions may carry different wagering multiples — always check the individual offer terms. Only real-money wagers count towards wagering requirements; wagers made with bonus balance do not count unless specifically stated.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

Welcome bonuses are available to new bet9 accounts only — one per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus via a second account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account review. bet9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including after it has been activated, in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Free bet credits expire within 7 days unless a different expiry is specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using bet9 as a mechanism to process or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity. bet9 cooperates fully with law enforcement in all money laundering investigations.
• Hacking or Tampering: Any attempt to access, alter, or disrupt the bet9 platform infrastructure, game logic, or RNG systems.

9. Account Suspension, Closure & Disputes

bet9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other activity deemed harmful to bet9 or its player community. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, bet9 will complete its review within 30 business days and notify the player of the outcome.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bet9 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

9.1 Disputes & Complaints

bet9 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and betting. This licence does not grant any ownership rights and terminates automatically upon account closure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet9's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet9 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain account security.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profits or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet9's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bet9's negligence, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful.

14. Changes to These Terms

bet9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bet9 will notify registered players via the email address or phone number on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required to comply with legal obligations or prevent harm, in which case changes may take immediate effect.

Continued use of the bet9 platform after the effective date of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using bet9 and close your account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bet9 operates under international online gaming licensing arrangements.
